A structured group for biblical accountability, motivation, goal-setting, personal growth, professional development, encouragement, and prayer. We will also read and study one book per quarter.

Online via Zoom and a one-weekend Lake House retreat.

Set goals monthly, update via Trello, review them, and share progress with the group. Gain direction and motivation from fellow group leaders.
One key principle from the reading that resonated most. These books have been carefully selected to hit areas of time management, thought life, interpersonal skills, and some of the challenges unique to women in leadership. (If you’ve previously read any of these books, you will want to re-read or listen on audible to get the most out of the experience. By joining other women for discussion and insight, together we’ll energize each other to keep pressing on in faith.)

Commit to monthly meetings. Life happens and we want to be flexible, however, this group functions best when members are committed to meeting. Because of this, we reserve the right to remove you.

Over the past few years, Kerry and Angela have worked together on a journey of personal and ministerial leadership development.
While their friendship grew, they recognized their like-mindedness in having a high capacity to get things done. But they’ve also realized that even though they have the ability, they need accountability and connectedness with other women who have a heart for Jesus, want to pursue dreams, and grow in their leadership.
